Is my credit card information safe when ordering from Orion Pit Bike
Yes! Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority. We use a
256 bit encrypted system to receive orders (watch your address bar when you
click to buy a product, you are being directed to our special encrypted
checkout system). We will never sale, rent, or
lease your personal information, including your email address to anyone for
any reason. We will also ask you to confirm your shipping address just to
make sure we get your order right the first time.
Do you offer bulk rate discounts?
Yes, we do. If you plan to purchase

Do you guarantee color choices?
Colors are not guaranteed, we try our best to match your requested color.
However, color is based on stock availability. We recommend that you choose
2 color choices when ordering. Graphics may vary from model to model.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your
part or bike order but you will be subject to the following fees.
Cancellation of a pit bike order: Cancellation/Admin. fee is 20% of the
invoice total. We do
not accept cancellation of order(s) because of color availability or model
upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do not allow cancellation
of Stock/Mod, Special Edition pit bikes or Pro/Race Ready pit bikes. We do not
allow cancellations due to back ordered models. Most back ordered
models are restocked regularly unless there are extenuating circumstances
(act of nature, regulatory issues, etc). There is no cancellations of order if
we are holding your bike for delayed shipping. Canceling a bike order due to
not confirming your sales receipt/credit card receipt will result in a 20%

not allow cancellations due to backordered parts. We do not allow cancellation of custom or special
order parts. Most parts are in stock and available but because of
manufacturing and supply issues with certain parts/brands, occasionally an
item might be backordered. Such items usually restock within 2 weeks or
refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will also be responsible
for all shipping cost associated with your purchase and the restock fee. There are no refunds
for any cost associated with labor or service charges.

We will ship your
order within 24-48 hours after your payment and conformation is received.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday.
How do you ship and how long will it take to ship my order?
All of our pit bikes go thru a double inspection process before they are
shipped to ensure they are not damaged.
All bikes are shipped thru truck freight. We have shipping agreements with
over 15 different providers. This means we can pick and choose the safest
carrier and fastest carrier depending on where we are shipping your bike.
While it is not common, damage can happen to bikes while in transit. All
freight is insured so you don't have to worry and we will help you
resolve any issue with respect to damage of your items if this happens.
Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days in transit but some outlying areas
can take longer. Outlying areas might also be subject to an extra shipping
fee. Shipments come from our warehouses in Texas and California
so depending on where you live, will determine the exact shipment time.
Shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed.

Can I ship to an alternative address?
If you wish to ship to a different address, you must email us at

We do not deliver pit bikes to PO Box addresses.
How much is the shipping cost within the continental USA states (parts &

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do.
While Hawaii and
Alaska are part of the USA those areas do not qualify for free shipping.
Prices can range anywhere from $150 to $450 additional shipping cost to
these areas. Please email us with
your exact address if you would like to get an exact quote.
We now have $200 Flat Rate shipping on
all pit bikes (except 250cc, email for price) to Canada. This flat rate
price will cover shipping from our facility directly to a business address
in most parts of Canada. Outlying or remote Canadian address may be more.
You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's, Fee's, etc. Please
email us with your exact address if you would like to confirm the cost.
We also have $250 Flat Rate shipping on
all pit bikes (except 250cc, email for price) to the London Int'l Airport.
This flat rate price will cover shipping from our facility directly to
London International Airport. You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's,
Fee's, etc. You will also be responsible for any transportation or delivery
cost if you want a delivery directly to you form the London International
Airport. We have a company that can help you with the delivery within the
UK, please email us for details.
If you order a bike online from the UK,
we will automatically charge you the extra $250 shipping charge.
For shipping outside of the USA, Canada or UK please contact our sales department at

ship parts outside of the USA but please email or call for a rate before you
order. We will now add the appropriate shipping cost automatically to all
Canadian part orders that are placed thru the website. Shipping cost can be
from $20-$60 depending on exactly it is being shipped.
What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival?
Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver
has to wait). The driver cannot leave without your signature and approval.
This means you will need to remove any plastic wrap or box material and
inspect the bike. If there is any damage or missing pieces, notify the
driver of the damage or missing pieces and mark the Bill of Lading or the Receiving
document as "Damaged" or "Missing Parts" or both. We are not responsible for damaged or

Can I exchange an item?
Customer must notify us within 48
hours of arrival date if you would like to exchange. We will exchange only if the returned
product is in brand new, un-used, resellable condition. Unless the bike was
purchased directly form Orion Pit Bike Sales we are not responsible for
products or parts not fitting your particular model and exchanges will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You have sixty (60) days to return parts.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Orion pit bike

What warranty do I have on
a bike I buy?
Orion Pit Bike Sales hereby
warrants that new units, purchased directly from Orion Pit Bike
Sales in the continental United States will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain

the 70cc to 160cc Pit Bikes shall be 12 (twelve) months from the date of
purchase. For 200cc, 250cc pit bikes/dirt bikes, X-Cart, 125 XK go kart &
warranty is 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from date of purchase. For
all electric ATV/pit bike
and X-50-2T/4T warranty is 30 days on electrical components and 3
months on applicable items from the date of purchase. OPBS Special Edition
race bikes & pro pit bikes come with a 3 month warranty, one
(1) year structural warranty and/or lifetime frame warranty as it applies to
that model (see models that include the lifetime frame warranty below).
The following models have a
"lifetime warranty" against manufacturers defects on the frame itself: OPBS
X, XG, X3R-125, X3R-125 Stock/Mod, X5R-125, X5R-125 Stock/Mod, 30-250 and 31-250. Warranty not available or implied on
modified or upgraded motors or parts. All warranties are non-transferable.
DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY
Orion Pit Bike Sales will free of charge, replace any part
adjudged defective by Orion Pit Bike Sales due to faulty workmanship or
material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted
for the balance of the productís warranty period. All parts replaced under
warranty become property of Orion Pit Bike Sales. Replacement part(s) are on
a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original,
& new parts to and from our location. If
warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original,
damaged part(s) is received. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible
for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include any failures caused by:
- Competition, racing or track use.
- Installation of parts or
accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from
Orion Pit Bike Sales.
- Installation of major
components (suspension, wheels, motors or any related components) that are
not bought directly from Orion Pit Bike Sales
- Abnormal strain, neglect
- Lack of proper
- Accident or collision
- Modification of original
repair or attempt to repair.
- Damage due to improper
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine
maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables,
hoses, nuts, bolts, shocks, forks, brake
shoes, batteries, sprockets, chains, belts, tires, spokes, tubes, etc.
THE CUSTOMERíS RESPONSIBILITY
under this warranty shall be to:
- Operate and maintain the
Dirt Bike as specified in the appropriate ownerís manual or by the dealer.
For more information of maintenance, please refer to your dealer.
- Give notice to Orion Pit
Bike Sales of any and all apparent defects within 4 days after discovery,
and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at
such dealerís place of business. We require that all parts be shipped back
assembled unless otherwise instructed.
- Be prepared to provide
digital photos of any defective parts.
All bike warranties are transferable. They
must be transferred during the original warranty period from Orion Pit Bike Sales.
Warranties cannot be transferred after the expiration of the original
There is a one-time $49 warranty transfer fee to continue the bike warranty
with the new owner if you sell your bike. The warranty shall remain in
effect for the remainder of time of when the original warranty started and
no longer. Upon transfer of warranty, the new owner may be asked to provide
an inspection, pictures of the model, VIN #, title, etc. Original owner of
vehicle must be on record as purchaser of the model.
Lifetime frame warranty is non-transferable.

We have even found that a lot of lawn equipment mechanics can fix things on
our bikes because they have similar 4 stroke motors. If you are

Is it safe for my child to ride your bikes?
Yes. It is safe when the child is the right age and following the
recommended safety precautions.

Do your bikes require assembly?
They arrive at your door 95% assembled. Some minor adjustments will be
necessary, but the process is not complicated and should take no more than

Is there a refund/return policy?
Return/Refund of a bike order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase you can
return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee.
Returns are not allowed on units that are uncrated and assembled.
You have ten (10) days to return the bike for a refund. We will not accept
any bike return after ten (10) days.
