What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment for all online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
Your order will not be processed if the credit card you entered is declined or unauthorized.
We also accept money orders, cashiers checks or cash wires. These payments are also eligible for a discount. In those cases we will ship the product once the payment is received. When you send a check the order will be processed once the check is cleared. Please contact us first if you are using this payment method.

Is my credit card information safe when ordering from Orion Pit Bike Sales?

Yes! Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority. We use a 256 bit encrypted system to receive orders (watch your address bar when you click to buy a product, you are being directed to our special encrypted checkout system). We will never sale, rent, or lease your personal information, including your email address to anyone for any reason. We will also ask you to confirm your shipping address just to make sure we get your order right the first time.


Do you offer bulk rate discounts?

Yes, we do. If you plan to purchase 2 or more, contact us at 866-475-5692 and we will give you a bulk rate or multi bike discount discount.

Do you guarantee color choices?

Colors are not guaranteed, we try our best to match your requested color. However, color is based on stock availability. We recommend that you choose 2 color choices when ordering. Graphics may vary from model to model.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your part or bike order but you will be subject to the following fees.

Cancellation fees?

Cancellation of a pit bike order: Cancellation/Admin. fee is 20% of the invoice total.
We do not accept cancellation of order(s) because of color availability or model upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do not allow cancellation of Stock/Mod, Special Edition pit bikes or Pro/Race Ready pit bikes. We do not allow cancellations due to back ordered models. Most back ordered models are restocked regularly unless there are extenuating circumstances (act of nature, regulatory issues, etc). There is no cancellations of order if we are holding your bike for delayed shipping. Canceling a bike order due to not confirming your sales receipt/credit card receipt will result in a 20% restock fee.

Cancellation of a part order: Cancellation/Admin. fee is 20% of the invoice total. We do not allow cancellations due to backordered parts. We do not allow cancellation of custom or special order parts. Most parts are in stock and available but because of manufacturing and supply issues with certain parts/brands, occasionally an item might be backordered. Such items usually restock within 2 weeks or less.

If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will also be responsible for all shipping cost associated with your purchase and the restock fee. There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges.

When will you ship my order(s)?

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment and conformation is received. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday.

How do you ship and how long will it take to ship my order?

All of our pit bikes go thru a double inspection process before they are shipped to ensure they are not damaged.
All bikes are shipped thru truck freight. We have shipping agreements with over 15 different providers. This means we can pick and choose the safest carrier and fastest carrier depending on where we are shipping your bike. While it is not common, damage can happen to bikes while in transit. All freight is insured so you don't have to worry and we will help you resolve any issue with respect to damage of your items if this happens. Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days in transit but some outlying areas can take longer. Outlying areas might also be subject to an extra shipping fee. Shipments come from our warehouses in Texas and California so depending on where you live, will determine the exact shipment time. Shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information so the shipping company can contact for delivery. Customer responsible for all cost associated with returns if the shipping company can not contact you due to wrong contact #'s, changed contact #'s, disconnected contact #'s or not returning voicemails or emails.

90% of our parts are shipped thru US Postal Priority 2-3 day. The rest are shipped thru UPS and take on average 4-6 business days.

Can I ship to an alternative address?

If you wish to ship to a different address, you must email us at info@orionpitbikesales.com immediately after you place your order and notify us of this. You can also call us at 866-475-5692 to request a different shipping address. You will need to prove identity of your order with your order number and credit card information.
We do not deliver pit bikes to PO Box addresses.

How much is the shipping cost within the continental USA states (parts & pit bikes)?

On pit bike orders, If you choose us to handle the shipping for you, your will get free shipping. All products are shipped by GROUND and we only ship within the continental USA for free. If you prefer your own shipping method please contact us. If you need international shipping please contact us. Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information so the shipping company can contact for delivery. Customer responsible for all cost associated with returns if the shipping company can not contact you due to wrong contact #'s, changed contact #'s, disconnected contact #'s or not returning voicemails or emails. Shipping cost can change at any time without notice and some orders may be subject to additional fees depending on where you live. Some parts of California, Oregon, Washington, Montana and New York City/State and other areas can incur an extra fee of $25 to $55 depending on exactly where you live. If you are unsure please email us your zip code and we can confirm if your area will incur extra fees.

On part orders, we normally charge $9-$15 S & H per order for shipping unless you purchase exceeds $99, then your shipping is free. The only exclusion to this is complete motors which are a flat $30 to ship. All orders that exceed $99 and include handle bars, wheels, tire or exhausts will be subject to a flat $6.50 handling fee per item. When you check out on line it will show that there is no charge for shipping but we will add the charge as per the guidelines above.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do.
While Hawaii and Alaska are part of the USA those areas do not qualify for free shipping. Prices can range anywhere from $150 to $450 additional shipping cost to these areas. Please email us with your exact address if you would like to get an exact quote.

We now have $200 Flat Rate shipping on all pit bikes (except 250cc, email for price) to Canada. This flat rate price will cover shipping from our facility directly to a business address in most parts of Canada. Outlying or remote Canadian address may be more. You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's, Fee's, etc.  Please email us with your exact address if you would like to confirm the cost.

We also have $250 Flat Rate shipping on all pit bikes (except 250cc, email for price) to the London Int'l Airport. This flat rate price will cover shipping from our facility directly to London International Airport. You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's, Fee's, etc. You will also be responsible for any transportation or delivery cost if you want a delivery directly to you form the London International Airport. We have a company that can help you with the delivery within the UK, please email us for details.
If you order a bike online from the UK, we will automatically charge you the extra $250 shipping charge.
For shipping outside of the USA, Canada or UK please contact our sales department at 866-475-5692. You can also email your address to us and we will quote you a shipping rate. Click here to email us!

We can ship parts outside of the USA but please email or call for a rate before you order. We will now add the appropriate shipping cost automatically to all Canadian part orders that are placed thru the website. Shipping cost can be from $20-$60 depending on exactly it is being shipped.


What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival?

Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver has to wait). The driver cannot leave without your signature and approval. This means you will need to remove any plastic wrap or box material and inspect the bike. If there is any damage or missing pieces, notify the driver of the damage or missing pieces and mark the Bill of Lading or the Receiving document as "Damaged" or "Missing Parts" or both. We are not responsible for damaged or missing items that you do not signed for as "damaged". If you received a damaged item please contact customer support immediately at info @ orionpitbikesales.com   or call 866-475-5692.


Can I exchange an item?

Customer must notify us within 48 hours of arrival date if you would like to exchange. We will exchange only if the returned product is in brand new, un-used, resellable condition. Unless the bike was purchased directly form Orion Pit Bike Sales we are not responsible for products or parts not fitting your particular model and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You have sixty (60) days to return parts. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Orion pit bike sales.
We do not accept unauthorized packages. We recommend that you use a signature confirmation when you return items. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
We are not responsible for shipping cost associated with returned item(s). We do not exchange or return product due to shipping damage. There is no exchange on stock/mod bikes or race bikes.

What warranty do I have on a bike I buy?

Orion Pit Bike Sales hereby warrants that new units, purchased directly from Orion Pit Bike Sales in the continental United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.

THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY for the 70cc to 160cc Pit Bikes shall be 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. For 200cc, 250cc pit bikes/dirt bikes, X-Cart, 125 XK go kart & gas ATV's warranty is 6 (six) months (3 months on electrical components) from date of purchase. For all electric ATV/pit bike and  X-50-2T/4T warranty is 30 days on electrical components and 3 months on applicable items from the date of purchase. OPBS Special Edition race bikes & pro pit bikes come with a 3 month warranty, one (1) year structural warranty and/or lifetime frame warranty as it applies to that model (see models that include the lifetime frame warranty below).

The following models have a "lifetime warranty" against manufacturers defects on the frame itself: OPBS X, XG, X3R-125, X3R-125 Stock/Mod, X5R-125, X5R-125 Stock/Mod, 30-250 and 31-250. Warranty not available or implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts. All warranties are non-transferable.

DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY Orion Pit Bike Sales will free of charge, replace any part adjudged defective by Orion Pit Bike Sales due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of Orion Pit Bike Sales. Replacement part(s) are on a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original, damaged part(s) & new parts to and from our location. If warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original, damaged part(s) is received. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by customer.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:

  1. Competition, racing or track use.
  2. Installation of parts or accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from Orion Pit Bike Sales.
  3. Installation of major components (suspension, wheels, motors or any related components) that are not bought directly from Orion Pit Bike Sales
  4. Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse.
  5. Lack of proper maintenance.
  6. Accident or collision damage.
  7. Modification of original parts.
  8. Outside repair or attempt to repair.
  9. Damage due to improper transportation.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables, hoses, nuts, bolts, shocks, forks, brake shoes, batteries, sprockets, chains, belts, tires, spokes, tubes, etc.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY under this warranty shall be to:

  1. Operate and maintain the Dirt Bike as specified in the appropriate owner’s manual or by the dealer. For more information of maintenance, please refer to your dealer.
  2. Give notice to Orion Pit Bike Sales of any and all apparent defects within 4 days after discovery, and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at such dealer’s place of business. We require that all parts be shipped back assembled unless otherwise instructed.
  3. Be prepared to provide digital photos of any defective parts.

All bike warranties are transferable. They must be transferred during the original warranty period from Orion Pit Bike Sales. Warranties cannot be transferred after the expiration of the original warranty.
There is a one-time $49 warranty transfer fee to continue the bike warranty with the new owner if you sell your bike. The warranty shall remain in effect for the remainder of time of when the original warranty started and no longer. Upon transfer of warranty, the new owner may be asked to provide an inspection, pictures of the model, VIN #, title, etc. Original owner of vehicle must be on record as purchaser of the model.
Lifetime frame warranty is non-transferable.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY ORION PIT BIKE SALES AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. Can I get parts?

Yes. Parts for bikes are available. You can order them directly from us. You can use our online ordering form or call us. Click here to order parts!


How do I work on my bike?

We recommend you find a local motorcycle mechanic for service on your bike. We have even found that a lot of lawn equipment mechanics can fix things on our bikes because they have similar 4 stroke motors. If you are having problems finding a mechanic, email us and we will try to help you as much as possible. We also provide free phone tech support during normal business hours. Is it safe for my child to ride your bikes?

Yes. It is safe when the child is the right age and following the recommended safety precautions.

Do your bikes require assembly?

They arrive at your door 95% assembled. Some minor adjustments will be necessary, but the process is not complicated and should take no more than 30 minutes. Click here to see assembly instructions

Is there a refund/return policy?

Return/Refund of a bike order:
 If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase you can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee. Returns are not allowed on units that are uncrated and assembled. You have ten (10) days to return the bike for a refund. We will not accept any bike return after ten (10) days.

Return/Refund of a part order:  If you are not completely satisfied with your part purchase you can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee. You have sixty (60) days to return parts. We will not accept part returns after sixty (60) days. We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your particular model unless you purchased the bike, for such parts, directly from Orion Pit Bike Sales. We no longer allow OEM parts returns unless you purchased your bike directly from us. There is no returns on special order, custom parts, electronic parts or tubes. 

Product must be in original packaging, un-used, brand new condition and must be resalable. We do not accept returns because of color availability or model upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do not accept returns on custom bikes. Any damage incurred during shipping or otherwise the product back will be your responsibility. We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages. All shipments are insured and will be covered if damaged. If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will be responsible for all  shipping cost associated with the return shipping of your product. There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges. Refunds due to return could also be subject to any special/abnormal fees associated with shipping if applicable. (i.e. lift gate service, inside delivery, etc.)
