Unpacking and Assembly of your Orion Pit Bike is very simple. This can be done in 4 easy steps!

#1: Attach Handle bars with 4 triple clamp bolts. (Aprox. 5-7 min.)
#2: Lift rear of bike and attach the rear shock (top is already attached on some models, Aprox. 5 min.)
#3: Lift front end and put on front tire (just slide the bolt through with spacers in place, Aprox. 5-7 min.)
#4: Bolt on tank shrouds, front fender and front number plate (Aprox. 7-10 min.)

We recommend that you tighten and locktite all the nuts, bolts and spokes on your bike prior to riding. We also recommend that you grease your bearings and axles during assembly.
